YOU ASKED!   INDIGO THREADS ORGANIZATION.  Please Read.

Since 2004, Indigo Threads has assisted 1,000’s of rural critically impoverished students/children, families, schools, teachers and village communities in Southern Laos, based in Pakse, Laos’.  Southern Laos’ is our single Project without religious or political affiliations.  A compassionate dedicated small ‘hands-on’ Organization, in March 2006 we were granted our US/California non-profit 501c3 status, an International Relief Organization, which means your generous donations are tax deductible. 100% of your donations support the Project.  Guide Star Exchange is an excellent source to confirm our EIN status; reminding me I have not updated our info recently.  Indigo Threads 3 engaged US Board Members/Officers are gracious Volunteers, donating their service; I being one and the only person who works/lives in Laos with a minimal Laotian staff.  We are funded by the caring generosity of individuals and an IT officer.

Indigo Threads works in respected cooperation with Government Officials for all Education and Health Programs; with helpful Village Chiefs and elders concerning Village Programs; with sensitive individuals for other Programs not concerning the above Programs.  As a long-term established boots-on-the-ground Organization, our personal goodwill and kind hearts are as important as our essential donations for Laos’ humble gentle struggling rural people life, living and future.  Every donation is personally donated to the individuals intended and monitored while all assistance  directly and indirectly supports rural education.
