Indigo Threads Scholarship Recipient Receives Diploma

Knowing first hand how difficult it is to learn a new language so different from one’s native tongue, particularly as an oldster, we salute Mr. Orahan Xaixapanya with our congratulation.  Mr. Orahan received his Pakse Teacher’s Training College 3-year English Weekend Course diploma.  Not an easy assignment while serving as District Education Director, he graduated at the top of his class, especially excelling in written English.

Indigo Threads awarded an out of the ordinary special scholarship to Mr. Orahan in 2008, which allows him to communicate and conduct business in English, encouraging foreign educational investments for his large impoverished District.
