Laos Government 3rd Appreciation Certificate Awarded

During an October 2009 ceremony, Indigo Threads was honored with their third Laos Government Education Appreciation Certificate presented by the Governor.  Pathoumphone District Education Department proudly celebrated their 15th anniversary with gratitude and thank you to the Organizations that work side by side with them helping to make their District’s Education Department meet the educational needs of their large rural impoverished District.   Indigo Threads, Director, Mary D. Meyer, graciously accepted, pledging to work cooperatively with their District to help avail all children an education while continuing to improving education standards.

Indigo Threads will celebrate their 5th anniversary assisting the Laotian rural poor in southern Laos with educational needs on January 15, 2010.
